distinct service companies including Totera Web Systems. By continually assessing technology trends and developing market-driven service
packages, Frank enjoys combining creativity with state-of-the-art technology. And through strong relationships with other industry experts, The PALMATEC Network now provides communications support
to clients nationwide through our family of companies. In addition to business consulting, Frank also spends his time playing music, exploring

Donna is the project development and marketing coordinator for Totera Web Systems. Aside from a general obsession with SEO & SMM trends and all things new and geeky, she's studied marketing and holds a degree in psychology from University of Washington. Donna has become increasingly involved in IT since the world was slated to end in Y2K. Family, books, music, birding, Scrabble, NBA, nature and road trips and are a few of her favorite things.
